Local Fire Company to Hold Fill-the-Boot Drive on 2/18 and 2/19 to Support the 55th Annual Variety Kids Telethon

LANCASTER, N.Y. – The Lancaster Fire Department is holding a Fill-the-Boot Drive on February 18th and 19th from 9 am to 12 pm at the intersections of Broadway and Central and Como and Aurora to support the 55th Annual Variety Kids Telethon. This is the first of several Boot Drives to support the Telethon in Western New York, and it provides an opportunity for the community to rally around our first responders in their efforts to help children in need.

The 55th Annual Telethon will be broadcast live from the Seneca Niagara Events Center on April 2, 2017 from 7 am to 7 pm on WKBW-TV Channel 7.
