It takes place on Saturday, June 11th at TSG BBQ located at 6272 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059.
Fellow backyard bbq smokers, the challenge is on! This event is for amateur backyard smoker enthusiasts. No competition teams. (ribs are not available for public tasting)

Celebrity Judges for Shredd’s Backyard Rib Throwdown include Lawman Paul Cambria, WIVB’s Dave Greber, WGRZ’s Pete Gallivan and Drew Cerza the Wing King!
For all others, there will be a delicious Drive -Thru Chicken Dinners (1/2 chicken, 2 sides and a roll) available for $14.95 made by the restaurant starting at 12pm-4pm while supplies last.
A portion of the proceeds to benefit Variety, the childrens charity of Buffalo & WNY.
