Join us for Shredd’s Backyard Rib Throwdown 2023!
It takes place on Saturday, June 17th at TSG BBQ located at 6272 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059.
Fellow backyard bbq smokers, the challenge is on! This event is for amateur backyard smoker enthusiasts. No competition teams.

Includes three racks of St. Louis Ribs from TSG BBQ. $97 to register. The last day to register is June 12th.
Registered competitors will get all the details/ ruled emailed to them and can load in starting at 7am and turn in their ribs at 4pm for judging.
Celebrity judges include Variety’s very own President-Paul Cambria, Pete Gallivan from WGRZ, Drew Cerza “The Wing King” and DJ Anthony.
