Shredd’s Backyard Rib Throwdown!

Come join us for  “Shredd’s Backyard Rib Throwdown” 2024! 

This will be the 3rd Annual Rib Throwdown and we hope you can join us on Saturday, June 15th at TSG BBQ (backyard) located at 6272 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059.

Amateur Backyard BBQer’s spend a day smoking ribs and compete for prizes and the trophy courtesy of Lake Effect Powder coating. The cost is $97 Includes Three Racks of St. Louis ribs from TSG BBQ to cook onsite.

 Shredd’s Backyard Rib Throwdown Rules and housekeeping for those registered to compete:
-Load in will be at 7:00am
-Cooks meeting and Rib distribution at 8:30am.
-Fire Extinguisher (not required but if you have one bring)
-Pellet Cookers must supply own power
-We will have water available for anyone who needs
-We will have cans to put hot coals in
– (DO NOT DUMP IN WEEDS OR WOODS)
-We will take all teams across bridge to site
-You will be given your 3 Racks of St. Louis ribs at Cook’s Meeting
-We will supply turn in box
-Turn-in is slotted for 4:30 pm (This is subject to change)
-Each Team will receive one t-shirt
-Each Team will receive a Entry for the Primo Ceramic Grill
-Top 5 teams will receive an Extra Entry for the Grill

1st place receives the Trophy and a prize pack that includes a full Car detail from Delta Sonic. 1st, 2nd and 3rd will receive prize packs that include a $50 Gift Card to Shur Fine Eden Market!

The Drawing for the Primo Ceramic Grill/ Smoker will be chosen at this event! Gary Pools will be on hand with a Live demo of the Primo Ceramic Grill and the Pizza Oven Attachment with samples (Yum!) Plus, various Vendors will be on hand, and we have a live band performing!

Come out and support this great family- friendly fundraiser, grab some food from TSG BBQ between 11am-6pm & help support the Variety Kids right here in our community at the same time.
